Position Overview Role Description We are seeking an experienced Java Microservices Developer at AVP level with strong system design capabilities, enterprise mindset, and AI-assisted development approach. The role requires designing scalable, secure, and reusable solutions while leveraging AI tools to improve engineering productivity and delivery efficiency. AI-Assisted Development (Primary Focus) Actively leverage AI-powered tools (GitHub Copilot, Gemini, etc.) for: Accelerating microservices development and API design Generating boilerplate code, test cases, and documentation Supporting debugging, issue analysis, and performance improvements Refactoring code while maintaining standards and quality Ensure validation of AI-generated solutions for: Security, performance,
