Role Description: The EA to CEO & Relationship Manager is a full-time remote role responsible for providing high-level executive support to the CEO while managing key internal and external relationships. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing calendars, scheduling meetings, coordinating travel, preparing expense reports, and organizing documentation and correspondence. The role involves overseeing follow-ups, ensuring timely completion of tasks, and supporting strategic initiatives by maintaining accurate records and summaries for the CEO. As Relationship Manager, the position also requires liaising with clients, partners, and vendors, maintaining strong professional relationships, and ensuring effective communication. The role calls for proactive problem-solving, confidentiality,



and the ability to support the CEO in a rapid-paced, creative business environment.

Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Executive Administrative Assistance and Administrative Assistance skills to manage daily operations and effectively support the CEO.
