Position Overview Role Description The Tax/Regulatory Client Classification Quality Assurance team operates as an independent audit function ensuring the accuracy and consistency of validations performed by TDD and CLM Teams for FATCA, CRS, MiFID II, and SFA. The team sits within Financial Crime Risk (FCR) and the Compliance Business Control Office, covering both Tax, Regulatory Client Classification QA and KYC QA. Serve as SME and act as the point of contact in the AVP’s absence. Coordinate stakeholder discussions and ensure regulatory and audit deliverables are met. Support preparation and maintenance of process KOPs and oversee mailbox monitoring, volume allocation, backup creation, and onboarding training. Ensure timely completion of mandatory training and BAU reporting. Lead team huddles, contribute to projects, and make informed decisions aligned with business expectations.
