Role Description :
The AI-Native Filmmaker at Pine Labs is a full time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. This role involves conceptualizing, shooting, editing, and producing short films and video content, blending traditional filmmaking craft with AI tools across the entire creative workflow, from ideation and scriptwriting to storyboarding, production, and post-production.

The AI-Native Filmmaker collaborates closely with marketing, product,



and design teams to translate complex fintech and commerce concepts into engaging visual narratives across channels, including social media, campaigns, and internal communications.

Daily work includes hands-on shooting and editing, experimenting with AI-powered video, image, and audio generation tools, refining content based on feedback and performance metrics, and maintaining a consistent brand voice and visual style. The role also involves managing production timelines, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, and staying current with emerging AI and filmmaking technologies.

Qualifications
Strong filmmaking fundamentals, including visual storytelling, cinematography, editing, and sound design.
Hands-on experience with AI tools for film production, such as AI-assisted scriptwriting, generative video and image platforms, and AI-driven post-production workflows.
