Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role based in New Delhi, with flexibility for some work from home. The Regional Sales Manager will oversee sales operations in the assigned region, drive revenue growth,



and expand market presence for Gronsol’s solar inverter and energy storage solutions. Daily responsibilities include managing key accounts, identifying new business opportunities, conducting client meetings and product presentations, and negotiating commercial terms. The role includes setting regional sales targets, monitoring performance metrics, preparing sales forecasts and reports, and collaborating with marketing and technical teams to support channel partners and installers. The Regional Sales Manager will also gather market intelligence, support post-sales customer satisfaction, and represent the brand at industry events, trade shows, and partner meetings.
