Role Description The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) is a full time, remote leadership role responsible for setting the overall vision, strategy, and direction of Healix Technologies Pvt. Ltd. The CEO will oversee business operations, finance, sales, and strategic initiatives to ensure sustainable growth and strong client relationships across education, healthcare, startup, and enterprise sectors.



Day-to-day responsibilities include leading the executive team, making key business and investment decisions, guiding the development of research and innovation offerings, and representing the company with partners, clients, and industry bodies. The CEO will monitor performance metrics, manage budgets, and drive operational excellence while fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and ethical conduct. This role also involves identifying new markets, forming strategic alliances, and ensuring that all remote teams are aligned with the company’s mission and goals.
