establish and implement quality assurance processes and testing frameworks. Design and execute test plans, test cases, and automation scripts. Conduct functional, integration, regression, and performance testing. Track and report software defects; ensure timely resolution with developers. Ensure solutions meet government standards for security, performance, and usability. Maintain QA documentation and ensure continuous improvement in QA practices. No two days will be the same in this role.
