Role Description The Security Manager is a full time, on-site role based in Koregaon Park Pune Division, responsible for overseeing and coordinating day-to-day security operations. This role includes managing security personnel, monitoring physical premises, implementing security policies and procedures, and conducting regular inspections and risk assessments. The Security Manager will ensure compliance with client requirements and regulatory standards,



respond to incidents and emergencies, and maintain detailed reports and documentation. The position also involves collaborating with internal teams and clients, conducting training and awareness programs, and continuously improving security measures to protect people, assets, and information.

Qualifications
Demonstrated expertise in Physical Security and Security Management, including supervision of security teams and operational oversight.
Experience in incident response, risk assessment, and development of security policies and standard operating procedures.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage diverse teams and client relationships.
Ability to work on-site in the Pune Division, including flexible hours when required for emergencies or special operations.
