Role Description The Chief Operations Manager is a full-time, remote role responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations across PInterview’s online platform and services.



This role involves designing and optimizing operational processes, ensuring high-quality user experiences, and coordinating cross-functional collaboration among product, technology, marketing, and customer success teams. The Chief Operations Manager will monitor key performance indicators, manage operational budgets, and implement strategies to improve efficiency, scalability, and service delivery. They will lead and develop operations staff, establish clear workflows and standard operating procedures, and ensure compliance with relevant policies and guidelines. The role also includes managing vendor relationships, supporting continuous improvement initiatives, and contributing to long-term strategic planning to drive growth and sustainability.
