Role Description The Manager role is a full time position with a hybrid work arrangement based in Coimbatore, allowing some work-from-home flexibility. The Manager will oversee daily showroom operations, including sales activities, customer service, and coordination with the service team. Responsibilities include supervising staff, setting targets, monitoring performance, and ensuring adherence to company policies and processes. The Manager will handle customer escalations, manage inventory and showroom presentation,



and collaborate with finance and administrative teams for smooth transaction processing. The role also involves tracking key performance metrics, preparing periodic reports, and contributing to local marketing and business development initiatives.
Qualifications
