Shilp works with Indian artisans to bring indigenous Indian art into contemporary residential, hospitality and commercial spaces globally.
We are looking for a university student/intern to help us build relationships with interior designers, architects and design studios internationally.
What you will do
Research interior designers and architecture studios globally
Identify relevant decision-makers and business contact details
Build and maintain a lead database
Reach out through email and phone
Follow up with prospective design partners
Track responses and identify interested leads for the founder
Research new design directories, associations and industry platforms




Who we're looking for
University student or recent graduate (History, English Literature, Arts, Interior Design, Architecture)
Confident communicator with good spoken and written English
Comfortable with research, email outreach and cold calling
Organized and persistent
Interest in art, design or interiors is a plus
No prior experience required
Format: Remote, part time
Location: India
Duration: 3 months initially
Stipend: competitive
