Job Description – Marketing Trainee
Location: Patia, Bhubaneswar
Work Mode: Hybrid | 3–4 days on-ground per week
Salary: ₹15,000–₹20,000/month
About the Role
We are looking for a Marketing Trainee who is not a complete beginner and has already gained practical exposure to branding and marketing through 4–5 internships or equivalent hands-on experience. The ideal candidate should be a quick learner who can take ownership and execute marketing activities end-to-end.
Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end branding and marketing activities across digital and offline channels.
Plan and execute performance marketing campaigns across platforms such as Meta and Google.
Support content strategy, social media, influencer marketing, campaigns and brand-building initiatives.
Track campaign performance, analyse data and continuously improve marketing outcomes.
Work closely with the founder and team to execute and experiment with new marketing strategies.




Take ownership of assigned marketing projects with minimal hand-holding.
Requirements
Must have completed 4–5 internships or have equivalent practical experience in branding/marketing.
Robust understanding of branding, digital marketing and performance marketing.
Must know the basics of Meta Ads and Google Ads and campaign optimization.
Strong execution mindset with the ability to manage multiple marketing activities.
Quick learner who can adapt, experiment and take ownership.
Good communication and analytical skills.
Personal laptop is mandatory.
Must currently be staying in Patia, Bhubaneswar, or be willing to relocate to Patia if selected.
Work Structure
Hybrid work model
3–4 days per week on-ground in Patia, Bhubaneswar.
