Position Overview Role description The Senior HR product specialist is a dual hatted role covering the Regional (APAC) Reward advisor and HR Capability Centre Lead (India) roles. Regional Reward Advisor - APAC The Regional Reward Advisor – APAC is a senior subject-matter expert responsible for providing reward and compensation advisory support across the APAC region and contributing to DWS global Reward initiatives. The role ensures that compensation decisions are market-aligned, governance-compliant, and consistent with global reward frameworks, while accommodating local regulatory, market, and cultural considerations across APAC jurisdictions. The role acts as a trusted advisor to the Regional Head of HR and works closely with counterparts in the DWS global Performance & Reward team to ensure appropriate regional representation,



alignment and connectivity in relation to global Reward deliverables .
