Thogai Murugan Real Estates is hiring a Sales Head to own end-to-end sales performance across our plotted developments and villa projects spanning Karur, Erode, Namakkal, Trichy and Dindigul. You will convert marketing-generated leads into site visits and bookings while building the people, processes and systems that make this performance repeatable, measurable and scalable. Reporting to the Founder/MD, you will lead a team of 18 (1 Sales Manager, 7 Sales Executives, 10 Telecallers) across 10 active projects.
This is a head-office-based role with mandatory weekly travel across all districts and site offices (approx. 40-50% of time in the field).
Key Responsibilities
Revenue & Conversion: Own monthly, quarterly and annual revenue targets across all projects; improve lead-to-site-visit and site-visit-to-booking conversion ratios month over month.
Team Leadership: Directly manage the Sales Manager and functionally lead executives and telecallers; run daily huddles, weekly reviews and 1:1 coaching; hire, onboard and retain frontline talent.
Process, CRM & Reporting:
Enforce 100% lead capture and CRM hygiene within SLAs; build standardised follow-up cadences; publish daily MIS dashboards and weekly performance reports.
Training & Capability: Run weekly skill-building on objection handling, negotiation and closing; conduct roleplay assessments and certify executives on pitch quality.
Strategy & Channel: Translate Meta Ads lead flow into project-, territory- and team-wise plans; partner with marketing on lead quality and cost-per-lead; build channel partner, referral and loyalty programs.
Customer Experience: Ensure every interaction reflects the brand standard from first call to registration; reduce complaints and post-booking dropouts through better process design.
Required Experience
Minimum 5 years of overall sales experience.
Minimum 3 years in real estate residential sales, primarily plotted developments.
Direct experience managing sales tea
