The Role Responsibilities: 24×7 on call enterprise storage support · Customer facing technical meetings and solution discussions · Opening and managing IBM PMRs for storage related issues · Supporting hardware/software upgrades, migrations, and resiliency projects · Spreadsheet/report creation for operational insight, trending,
