Role Purpose

We are looking for a Front of House & Guest Relations Manager who is passionate about fitness, sports, hospitality and people.

You will be the face of Goldrush at the store — responsible for creating an energetic, welcoming and high-performance workplace where every guest feels recognised, valued and part of the Goldrush community.

The ideal candidate should genuinely enjoy interacting with people and ideally be someone who lives an active lifestyle, follows sports, trains, runs, plays a sport or is passionate about fitness and wellness.

Key Responsibilities

1. Guest Experience

* Own the complete guest experience from the moment a customer walks in until they leave.




* Welcome every guest with warmth, energy and confidence.
* Build relationships with regular customers and members.
* Understand guest preferences and proactively recommend products.
* Ensure every guest receives consistent, friendly and knowledgeable service.
* Handle feedback and complaints professionally and turn difficult situations into positive experiences.
* Create a culture of unreasonable hospitality within the team.

2. Store Leadership

* Manage the Front of House team and daily floor operations.
* Ensure the store is clean, organised, energetic and ready for service.
* Maintain Goldrush service standards and SOPs.
* Conduct daily team briefings.
* Monitor service speed, presentation and customer interaction.
* Coordinate closely with the kitchen and bar team to ensure smooth service.
* Train new team members on hospitality and guest engagement.
