Provide program operational management and leadership as a coach for the WYB Gymnastics program, serving as the primary point of contact between the gymnastics program and WYB Director. Oversee program operations while maintaining hands-on responsibility for special events, birthday parties, and preschool/daytime programming. Ensure organizational health, operational efficiency, and program excellence across the gymnastics program. Engage in program development and marketing needs. While accountable for all operational functions, strategically leverage Sport Directors to execute key responsibilities including administrative tasks, facility management, communications, and program support activities.
