Role Description The Polymer Compounder role is a full-time, on-site position based in Delhi, responsible for preparing polymer batches according to defined formulations and production schedules. Day-to-day tasks include measuring and mixing raw materials, operating compounding equipment, monitoring batch processing parameters, and ensuring products meet quality specifications. The role involves completing production records, performing in-process checks,



identifying and reporting deviations, and working closely with quality control and production teams to maintain consistent output. The Polymer Compounder may also handle material movement within the facility, follow safety and housekeeping standards, and support preventive maintenance activities on relevant machinery. This position offers a salary up to 60K, commensurate with experience and skills.
