Role Description This is a part time, remote role for a Freelance Video Editor. The Video Editor will work closely with the production team to edit footage for advertisements, short films, documentaries, and related content. Day-to-day tasks include organizing raw media, selecting and assembling clips, applying transitions, trimming footage, and ensuring smooth storytelling and pacing. The role also involves basic audio clean-up, incorporating motion graphics or titles, and coordinating with directors or producers to implement feedback and revisions.



The freelancer is expected to manage deadlines, maintain consistent visual quality, and deliver files in required formats.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong skills in Video Editing and Video Production.
Candidates should possess skills in Video Color Grading to ensure consistent and appealing visual tone.
Candidates should possess skills in Motion Graphics and Graphics for titles, lower thirds, and simple visual elements.
Proficiency with industry-standard editing software Adobe Premiere Pro. (Not looking for someone who edits on Phone, CapCut etc)
Understanding of basic audio editing and sound syncing for video projects.
Ability to interpret creative briefs, accept feedback constructively, and work independently in a remote setup.
Strong attention to detail, time management, and file organization skills.
