Job Description: Experience Required: 4-7 years Role Overview: We are looking for a highly driven and execution-focused Manager / Senior Manager – Influencer Activation to lead end-to-end influencer marketing campaigns across brands. The ideal candidate will own campaign planning, execution, creator relationships, stakeholder management, and team coordination while ensuring seamless delivery and high-quality campaign outcomes. The role requires strong experience in influencer marketing, campaign execution, creator partnerships, client servicing, and cross-functional collaboration within an agency environment. Key Responsibilities: • Lead end-to-end execution of influencer marketing campaigns across Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and emerging social platforms. • Develop activation strategies aligned with campaign objectives and brand goals. • Build and manage relationships with creators, talent managers, agencies, and platform partners. • Own campaign timelines, budgets, deliverables, approvals, and execution from kickoff to closure. • Oversee influencer sourcing, negotiations,



commercials, contracts, and onboarding. • Ensure brand briefs are executed accurately while maintaining quality standards and timelines. • Manage campaign reporting, performance tracking, and post-campaign analysis with actionable insights. • Collaborate closely with strategy, creative, media, production, and client servicing teams. • Mentor and guide junior activation executives while ensuring operational excellence. • Identify process improvements to enhance campaign efficiency and scalability. • Stay updated on influencer trends, platform updates, AI tools, and the evolving creator ecosystem. • Contribute to creator strategy, content direction, and campaign ideation.
