Website: Location: Delhi Department: Corporate Affairs Reports To: Managing Director/ CEO Role Overview Director Corporate Affairs will be responsible for building and maintaining strategic relationships with government ministries, regulatory authorities, embassies, industry associations(FICCI, CII, etc.),Unilateral agencies and other key stakeholders. The role involves lobbying, policy advocacy, and representing the organization’s interests at various forums to strengthen its positioning and influence. Key Responsibilities:  Develop and execute corporate affairs strategy aligned with organizational goals.  Build solid relationships with government ministries, regulatory bodies, and authorities to support business objectives.  Liaise with embassies,



ambassadors, and diplomatic missions to foster international cooperation and partnerships.  Represent the company at industry associations such as FICCI, CII, ASSOCHAM, and other chambers of commerce.  Monitor policy developments, regulatory changes, and government initiatives impacting the industry.  Engage in lobbying and advocacy efforts to influence policy decisions in favor of the organization.  Prepare position papers, policy briefs, and communication material for government and industry stakeholders.  Organize and participate in high-level meetings, conferences, and networking events.  Ensure compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements in corporate affairs activities.  Act as a spokesperson for the company in external forums when required.
