Multi-Property Operations Management Oversee the complete operations of all hotels, resorts, restaurants, and hospitality businesses within the group Ensure consistent implementation of brand standards, SOPs, and guest service protocols Monitor operational KPIs and drive performance improvements across all properties Conduct regular property reviews and operational audits Ensure seamless coordination between units and corporate functions Financial & Commercial Performance Drive achievement of annual revenue and EBITDA/GOP target Monitor departmental productivity, payroll percentages,
