Position Overview Additional Job Description Role Description We are building a high-performing team in India to support the Illiquid Products Finance & Operations function. The team will play a key role in the end-to-end financial control, accounting oversight, and regulatory reporting of alternative investment funds across multiple asset classes including Real Estate, Private Equity, Private Debt, Infrastructure and other private market strategies domiciled in Europe and other jurisdictions. The role offers an excellent chance to work closely with Fund Managers, Portfolio Managers & Fund Administrators & to build holistic expertise working hand in hand with global teams & third-party administrators while gaining in-depth exposures to European fund structures, industry benchmarks (INREV, ILPA, IPEV, AIFMD) & the best-in-class operational practice.



The role also provides deep exposure to private equity fund structures, portfolio company investments, co-investment vehicles and carried interest arrangements. The role is responsible for overseeing the accounting, financial, and regulatory reporting of Private Equity Funds and involves active review of fund financials produced by external fund administrator, ensuring accuracy of NAVs, management and performance fee calculations, investor allocations, valuation and regulatory submissions, The incumbent will play a key role in strengthening financial control, governance and reporting framework while driving improvements across the fund reporting function.
