Role Overview : The Design Manager for the Nykaa will oversee the design aspects of the Nykaa e-commerce platform, ensuring a seamless, engaging, and user-friendly shopping experience. This role involves managing a team of designers, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and maintaining high standards of visual and interaction design. Role Description : 1. Team Leadership and Management: - Lead and mentor a team of UI/UX designers, graphic designers, and other design professionals. - Foster a creative and cooperative work environment. - Conduct regular team meetings, reviews, and provide constructive feedback. 2. Design Strategy and Execution: - Develop and implement design strategies aligned with the overall business objectives. - Ensure the design team produces high-quality, on-brand design solutions. - Oversee the creation of wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and high-fidelity mockups. 3. Brand Consistency, Visual Identity & Rebranding - Brand Guidelines Implementation: Implement and update brand guidelines to establish a cohesive and modern visual identity.



- Visual Identity Creation: Design consistent brand elements, including logos, fonts, and color schemes, tailored to the fashion and beauty segments. - Rebranding Projects: Lead the creative direction for rebranding initiatives, ensuring alignment with the brand's values and vision. 4.
