The role demands strong business development expertise, team leadership, and market understanding to expand Sunora’s footprint and achieve revenue targets. Key Roles & Responsibilities: · Drive sales and business development for solar EPC projects, rooftop installations, and utility-scale opportunities in the region. · Develop and implement regional sales strategies aligned with Sunora Solar’s business objectives. · Build and maintain solid relationships with clients, channel partners, government bodies, and key stakeholders. · Identify new opportunities, segments, and partnerships to grow market share. · Lead, mentor, and manage the regional sales team to achieve sales targets and deliver customer satisfaction. · Monitor competitor activities,



market trends, and regulatory updates to support decision-making. · Collaborate with the engineering and project teams to ensure smooth project execution and client handover. · Ensure timely collection of receivables and manage region-specific credit control. · Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis to senior management. Represent Sunora Solar at industry events, exhibitions, and networking forums.
