We are looking for a Senior Performance Marketer who has strong hands-on experience across both Lead Generation and E-commerce campaigns, with a deep understanding of tracking, attribution and conversion optimisation. This is a hands-on role for someone who understands that performance marketing is not simply about running ads — it is about building the complete journey from tracking and targeting to acquisition, conversion and revenue. The Role You will be responsible for planning, executing, managing and optimising paid advertising campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads, covering both lead-generation and e-commerce businesses.



A critical part of this role is having solid technical knowledge of conversion tracking and measurement, including Meta Conversions API (CAPI), Google Enhanced Conversions, GA4, Google Tag Manager and server-side/event-based tracking. You should be comfortable getting into the technical side of tracking rather than depending entirely on developers or analytics teams. Key Responsibilities Paid Media Management Plan and execute performance marketing strategies across Meta Ads and Google Ads. Manage both Lead Generation and E-commerce campaigns. Develop campaign structures based on business objectives, customer journey and funnel stages. Manage budgets and optimise campaigns to achieve CPA, CPL, ROAS, CAC and revenue targets.
