Flawsome is building the next generation of sustainable menstrual-care brands for India.
We are scaling rapidly across marketplaces, quick commerce and digital channels and are looking for a Social Media Manager who can build a brand, not just manage a page.

Role -
You will own Flawsome's social media end-to-end strategy, content, creators, community and growth.
You will work directly with the Founder and Brand & Growth team to make Flawsome impossible to ignore.

KRA
Social Strategy: Build and execute our social strategy across Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn and emerging platforms.
Content: Create scroll-stopping Reels, videos, carousels, stories and campaigns.
Trends: Spot trends early and turn them into Flawsome moments.
Storytelling: Make periods, sustainability and our products relatable, bold and shareable.
Founder Brand: Build high-impact founder-led content.
Creators: Build and manage our influencer, creator and UGC ecosystem.
Community: Turn followers into an engaged Flawsome community.
Growth:



Track performance, experiment constantly and double down on what works.
Commerce: Partner with our marketplace & quick-commerce teams to drive product discovery and sales.

What are we looking
Has 1-2+ years hands-on social/content experience.
Has worked with a D2C, FMCG, beauty, wellness, personal care or consumer brand.
Is obsessed with Reels, short-form video, trends and consumer behaviour.
Has exceptional storytelling instincts.
Can move from idea → content → execution quickly.
Thinks creatively but uses data to make decisions.
Has successfully built audiences or campaigns — show us the numbers.
Takes ownership and doesn't need hand-holding.
