Role Description

The Business Development Executive role is a full time, on-site position based in Ahmedabad. This role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, generating leads, and building a strong pipeline of prospects for Techfusion Gear’s digital services. The Business Development Executive will conduct market research, qualify leads, deliver presentations and demos, and collaborate with internal teams to create tailored proposals.



Daily responsibilities include managing client accounts, nurturing relationships, negotiating contracts, and ensuring smooth onboarding and ongoing support. The role also requires maintaining accurate sales records, reporting on performance, and contributing to strategic sales initiatives.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation to identify opportunities and build a sustainable sales pipeline.
Candidates should possess Business and Account Management skills to manage client relationships and drive long-term value.
Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to present solutions, negotiate effectively, and collaborate with internal teams.
Experience in B2B sales, preferably in IT services, software, or digital marketing, is beneficial.
