Role Description The Medical Sales Representative is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai. This role involves visiting healthcare professionals, clinics, and pharmacies to promote and explain Flowrich Pharma’s products, highlighting their features, advantages, and appropriate usage. The representative will build and maintain strong relationships with customers,



respond to inquiries, and provide timely product information and support. Daily responsibilities include planning sales visits, achieving sales targets, monitoring market trends, and maintaining accurate records of calls, orders, and feedback. The role also includes coordinating with internal teams on inventory, delivery, and marketing initiatives while representing the company in a professional and ethical manner.
Qualifications

Strong Medical Sales skills with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and build long-term customer relationships.
Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to engage healthcare professionals, address concerns, and deliver clear product information.
Solid foundational knowledge of Medicine and Pharmacy to understand product indications, contraindications, and therapeutic use.
