Role Description This is a full time, on-site Customer Support Specialist role based in Bengaluru. The Customer Support Specialist will respond to patient and customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions, ensuring timely and accurate resolution of issues. Responsibilities include providing information about hospital services, appointments, and procedures,



coordinating with clinical and administrative teams, and documenting interactions in relevant systems. The role also involves handling basic technical or process-related support for booking, registrations, and billing, tracking recurring issues, and escalating complex cases when needed. The specialist will work to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by offering empathetic communication, clear guidance, and skilled service at all times.
