Instead of selling generic travel packages, we thoughtfully design personalized vacations that help couples travel with confidence, comfort, and peace of mind.
We're looking for an ambitious, confident, and customer-focused intern who wants to build a career in Sales, Customer Experience, and Business Development while working directly with the founder.

Responsibilities
• Connect with potential customers through phone calls and WhatsApp.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable vacation experiences.
• Qualify leads and schedule consultation calls.
• Follow up with prospective customers and maintain strong relationships.
• Handle customer queries professionally and build trust.
• Maintain customer records and update the CRM.
• Learn and explain ELOVIA's Vacation Design philosophy.
• Collaborate with the founder to improve customer experience and sales processes.

Qualifications
• Excellent spoken English.(Mandatory)
• Confident speaking with customers over phone calls.
• Professional, polite,



and customer-focused attitude.
• Strong communication and active listening skills.
• Self-motivated, disciplined, and eager to learn.
• Laptop with a stable internet connection and a quiet workspace.

• Good spoken Hindi.
