Role Description This is a full time, on-site role for a 3-Sales Manager @ Kisna SIS distribution, based in Jagraon Tehsil. The Sales Manager will oversee Shop-in-Shop (SIS) distribution operations, drive sales growth, and ensure effective execution of retail and promotional activities at partner outlets. Key responsibilities include managing relationships with retailers and distributors,



monitoring sales performance, and implementing strategies to increase revenue and market penetration. The role involves coordinating merchandising standards, training and supporting store staff on product features, and ensuring consistent brand visibility and customer experience. The Sales Manager will also analyze local market trends, prepare regular sales reports, and collaborate with regional and central teams to meet business objectives.
Qualifications

Strong sales and retail management skills, with experience in managing multiple outlets or distribution channels.
Proficiency in relationship management, including coordination with retailers, distributors, and internal stakeholders.
Ability to analyze sales data, track performance metrics, and develop actionable sales and marketing strategies.
