We're looking for a driven and confident Sales Development Representative / Business Development Executive who knows how to identify opportunities, start conversations, build relationships, and convert prospects into clients.
This is not a fixed-salary position.
Your earning potential is directly tied to the sales you generate and convert.

? What You'll Be Doing
As an SDR/BDE, you will be responsible for:
? Identifying potential clients who need outsourcing/BPO services
? Prospecting and initiating conversations with decision-makers
? Presenting VIBOS's outsourcing and virtual staffing solutions
? Building relationships with business owners and senior decision-makers
? Qualifying prospects and converting opportunities into clients




? Managing your sales pipeline and following up consistently
? Closing business and generating revenue

You should have:
?️ Excellent verbal and written communication skills
?? Strong English fluency
? Positive understanding of sales and business development
? Knowledge or understanding of BPO, outsourcing, virtual assistants, or staffing services
? Confidence in cold calling, prospecting, and client conversations
? Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
? A self-motivated, target-driven mindset
? Willingness to work on a pure commission-based model
