Role Overview
We are looking for a highly responsible and hands-on Warehouse Operations & Fulfilment Manager who can independently manage the entire warehouse operation from receiving inventory and processing orders to dispatch coordination and final delivery.
This role requires someone who remains calm during operational chaos, takes complete ownership, solves problems quickly and ensures that every order is accurately packed, dispatched and properly recorded.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the complete order fulfilment process, from order receipt to final dispatch and delivery.
Oversee inward inventory, quality checks, storage, picking, packing, kit assembly and outward movement.
Maintain accurate records of all incoming and outgoing stock.
Monitor inventory levels and regularly reconcile physical stock with system records.
Create shipments, generate labels and manifests, schedule pickups and track orders through Shiprocket.
Handle Shiprocket issues including NDRs, delayed shipments, RTOs, weight discrepancies, courier escalations and delivery exceptions.
Coordinate with courier partners, transporters, suppliers, packaging vendors and other service providers.
Plan and supervise individual shipments, bulk dispatches and multi-location deliveries.
Share timely order, dispatch, tracking and delivery data with clients and internal teams.
Prepare daily and weekly MIS reports covering inventory, fulfilment, dispatches, pending orders, RTOs and delivery status.
Manage warehouse staff and allocate daily responsibilities for picking, packing and dispatch.
