About the role
The Field Training Officer (FTO) serves as the principal training resource for a datacenter campus or metro location. In addition to providing training, job functions may include problem resolution, service enhancement, and process improvement as it pertains to safety and training.



The field training officer reports directly to the Field Training Manager (FTM), and will work closely with other sites, regional, and headquarter leadership. This position will have no direct reports but will work closely with campus leadership to assess employees, site, and campus needs.

What you’ll do
In this role, you will support and serve as the main primary point of contact for onboarding and sustainment training. You will train and certify new security personnel and maintain required training documentation, asking for assistance from Administrative Officers (AOs) with on-the-job (OTJ) tasks related to current security personnel as needed. You will perform ongoing training and evaluation for security personnel as needed to maintain a high security standard for all officers, and you will be responsible for tracking various trainings (Production, sustainment, new site starts and other performance and role related training gaps as identified by the site leadership t
