Role Description The Deputy Manager – Talent Acquisition- Gurugram will lead and manage end-to-end hiring processes for multiple business units, ensuring timely and high-quality recruitment for on-ground and corporate roles. Responsibilities include understanding workforce plans,



defining role requirements with stakeholders, and driving sourcing strategies through job portals, social media, referrals, and talent networks. The role involves screening profiles, conducting and coordinating interviews, evaluating candidates, and managing offer negotiation and closing. The Deputy Manager will also contribute to employer branding initiatives, maintain recruitment analytics, ensure compliance with internal policies, and continuously improve talent acquisition processes. This is a full-time, in office role based in Gurugram, requiring close collaboration with HR, business leaders, and hiring managers.
