Role Description The Department Sales Manager is a full-time,



on-site role based in Amravati, responsible for driving sales performance and customer experience within assigned departments. The role involves monitoring daily sales targets, analyzing store and department performance, and implementing action plans to achieve revenue and profitability goals. The Department Sales Manager will oversee visual merchandising standards, stock availability, and product presentation, coordinating closely with inventory and operations teams. This role includes supervising and coaching the sales team, scheduling and allocating resources, and ensuring adherence to company policies and compliance requirements. The Department Sales Manager will also handle customer escalations, gather market and customer insights, and support local promotional activities to strengthen the brand’s presence and growth.
