Aureos are seeking a Customer Liaison Officer to work on a 3-month fixed term contract in Eastleigh, Hampshire.

The Customer Liaison Officer plays a key role in supporting Aureos Project Managers to ensure a seamless customer journey from project conception through to completion. Acting as the primary link between customers, project teams, subcontractors, and key stakeholders, the successful candidate will maintain explicit communication, manage expectations, and help drive positive customer experiences throughout the project lifecycle.

This role combines customer relationship management, project coordination, and stakeholder engagement to ensure projects are delivered efficiently, professionally, and in line with customer expectations.

The role will also involve regular travel to project sites and customer locations as required.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Engagement & Communication





Act as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the delivery lifecycle.
Build and maintain strong working relationships with customers, local stakeholders, and project teams.
Ensure customers are kept informed of project progress, milestones, planned works, and any changes affecting delivery.
Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries, concerns, and complaints.
Manage customer expectations by providing accurate and timely information.
Project Support
Support Aureos Project Managers in coordinating project activities from conception through to completion.
Assist with project planning, stakeholder communications, and customer engagement strategies.
Monitor project milestones and highlight any risks or issues that may impact customer satisfaction.
Coordinate customer access requirements, site visits, and key project meetings where required.
Maintain accurate project records, correspondence, and customer contact information.
