Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Social Media Manager role based in Panchkula. The Social Media Manager will plan, create, and publish content across social media platforms, ensuring brand consistency and audience engagement. Responsibilities include managing social media calendars, optimizing posts for reach and performance, monitoring analytics, and adjusting strategies based on data insights. The role also involves collaborating with marketing and design teams,



responding to audience interactions, and staying current with social media trends and platform updates to enhance the company’s online presence.
Qualifications

Strong skills in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) to manage and grow brand presence across platforms.
Ability to develop and execute effective Content Strategy aligned with business and marketing goals.
Excellent Communication and Writing skills for clear, engaging, and brand-appropriate messaging.
Experience using social media analytics tools and reporting on campaign performance.
Familiarity with digital marketing concepts, paid campaigns, and audience targeting is beneficial.
Ability to work on-site in Panchkula, collaborate in cross-functional teams, and manage multiple projects and deadlines.
