Role Description The Product Development Specialist will work on-site in Gurugram in a full time capacity, collaborating closely with design, production, and merchandising teams to develop market-ready fashion products. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting market and trend research, assisting in concept development, coordinating sampling, and supporting cost and feasibility analysis for new styles. The role involves maintaining product documentation, tracking development timelines,



and ensuring alignment with sustainability standards and buyer requirements. The specialist will communicate with internal stakeholders and vendors to address technical queries, resolve development issues, and support smooth handover from design to production.
Qualifications
