Role Description The Process Specialist will oversee and optimize end-to-end operational workflows within Vintana’s manufacturing and distribution activities. This full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad involves analyzing current processes, identifying improvement opportunities, and implementing standardized procedures to enhance efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction.



The individual will collaborate with production, quality, logistics, and customer service teams to document processes, monitor performance metrics, and support compliance with internal and external standards. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting process audits, preparing reports, supporting training on new or updated workflows, and providing ongoing guidance to stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
