About The Role

We are seeking an experienced Data Analyst specialized in healthcare data analytics to join our dynamic team at Persistent Systems. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in MS SQL, healthcare data modeling, and integration, along with a solid understanding of statistics. In this role,



you will be instrumental in building scalable and efficient cloud infrastructure, implementing system health monitoring, and developing continuous integration pipelines. Your insights will support critical healthcare analytics initiatives, including value-based care, population health, and quality improvement projects. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data engineering, operations, and clinical stakeholders, to translate complex healthcare data into actionable insights that inform strategic decision-making.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Statistics, Healthcare Analytics, or a related field. A minimum of 7 years of hands-on experience working with US healthcare datasets, including claims, benefits, and eligibility data, is required. Proficiency in SQL for querying and analyzing large healthcare datasets is essential, along with familiarity
