About The Role

We are seeking a Lead Business Analyst with deep organizational change management expertise to join our dynamic team. This role involves partnering closely with clients to deliver complex business, technology, and transformation programs.



The successful candidate will act as the change lead on various engagements, assessing change impacts, shaping strategic change initiatives, engaging stakeholders, and driving adoption of new processes, systems, and ways of working. This is a client-facing, consultative position that requires a blend of analytical rigor and interpersonal skills. The individual will be embedded within program leadership teams, responsible for guiding change strategies from inception through to sustainment, ensuring that transformation initiatives deliver measurable value and lasting impact.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 8+ years of experience in business analysis, with at least 4–5 years dedicated to leading change management efforts within medium-to-large transformation projects.
