About The Role

We are seeking a responsible, trustworthy, and independent Accountant & Data Entry Executive to manage day-to-day accounting, billing, reconciliation, inventory, and business records across multiple divisions including Petsburgh Spa, Petsburgh International Grooming Academy, Petsburgh Boarding, and PPGAI.



This is a hands-on role designed for an individual who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing accounts independently without constant supervision. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining financial accuracy, ensuring compliance, and supporting various operational functions within the organization.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate should possess 2 to 5 years of relevant accounting experience, with a solid understanding of basic accounting principles, reconciliation processes, GST, TDS, and statutory compliance. Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets is essential, along with familiarity with accounting and billing software. The candidate must demonstrate excellent data accuracy, organizational skills, and the ability to work independently. A background in managing multiple accounts and business functions is preferred.
