About The Role

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Remote Bookkeeper to join our dynamic team at Criterion Business Services LLP. In this role, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day bookkeeping activities for our U.S. client accounts,



ensuring accuracy and compliance with U.S. accounting standards. Your primary duties will include processing payroll, handling multi-state sales tax filings, reconciling bank and credit card statements, and maintaining organized financial records. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working with QuickBooks Online and Desktop, along with a solid understanding of U.S. accounting practices and terminology. This position offers the flexibility of remote work while providing an opportunity to work with diverse clients and contribute meaningfully to their financial success.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of three years of bookkeeping experience, preferably supporting U.S.-based clients.
