Qualifications

Reliable high-speed internet connection with a minimum speed of 75 Mbps.
Dual monitor setup with HDMI connectivity is mandatory.
Ability to work according to US business hours, including evening and night shifts in India.
A professional, distraction-free workspace conducive to remote work.
Previous experience in customer support, especially with US or UK clients, is preferred but not mandatory for exceptional communicators.
