As our Senior Marketing Designer, you will be a visual storyteller sitting at the intersection of brand marketing, editorial content, social media, and digital product experience. You will lead multi-disciplinary creative projects from concept through execution, creating high-impact visual touchpoints that elevate our brand authority and drive key business objectives. You will bring a growth mindset to our design ecosystem, anchoring your creative choices in data, user insights, and strategic reasoning.

What You’ll Do





Visual Storytelling & Editorial: Design narrative-driven editorial experiences, social content, email campaigns, and content-rich site pages that showcase our extraordinary inventory and seller community.
Campaign & Brand Execution: Own the end-to-end design for marketing campaigns, paid media, promotional initiatives, motion/video assets, and occasional print collateral (catalogs, direct mail, event assets).
Site & Digital Integration: Collaborate closely with Product and Marketing teams to contribute to digital site design initiatives, ensuring a seamless, on-brand journey from campaign touchpoint to platform.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner effectively across Editorial, Merchandising, Product, and Growth teams, acting as a robust advocate for design rationale that supports overarching business goals.
