Role Description The Product Manager will oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of Ayurvedic and herbal product lines, from market analysis and concept development to launch and post-launch performance. This full-time, on-site role based in Recent Delhi involves defining product strategies, coordinating with R&D;,



manufacturing, sales, and marketing teams, and ensuring products align with regulatory and quality standards. The Product Manager will analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to identify opportunities, refine positioning, and support ethical promotion across institutions, hospitals, and trade channels. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing product briefs, training field teams on product knowledge, supporting marketing campaigns and medical communication, monitoring sales performance, and recommending improvements to enhance product reach and profitability.

Qualifications
Strong product management skills, including product lifecycle management, market analysis, and strategic planning.
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams such as R&D;, manufacturing, sales, and marketing.
