Role Description The Business Growth Intern (Freshers) role is a full-time, in office position based in the Greater Bengaluru Area. The intern will support market research, lead generation, and outreach activities to help expand Internz Learn’s user base and partnerships. Daily tasks may include analyzing growth opportunities, assisting in the preparation of presentations and reports, coordinating with marketing and sales teams, and maintaining accurate records in CRM or tracking tools.



The intern will also help execute campaigns, engage with prospective learners and partner institutions, and contribute ideas to improve business processes and learner acquisition strategies. This role offers exposure to business development, strategy, and operations within a fast-growing EdTech environment.
Qualifications
Strong interest in business development, growth strategy, and the EdTech sector.
Ability to conduct basic market research, analyze data, and draw clear insights to support growth initiatives.
Effective written and verbal communication skills for outreach, presentations, and cross-functional collaboration.
Basic proficiency with productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation software, online collaboration platforms).
Proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to take ownership of tasks with minimal supervision.
