Role Description The Academic Manager – Area will oversee academic implementation and performance for partner schools in the Rohtak region. This full-time,



on-site role involves coordinating with school leadership, teachers, and internal teams to ensure effective use of Next Education’s curricula, learning platforms, and products. Responsibilities include monitoring academic delivery, conducting classroom observations, analyzing student and school performance data, and providing feedback and support to improve teaching-learning processes. The Academic Manager – Area will organize training sessions and workshops for educators, ensure alignment with curriculum standards, and assist schools in integrating Next Education solutions into their daily operations. The role also includes regular reporting, stakeholder communication, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to resolve academic issues and enhance learner outcomes.
